This is a celebration of civilian-army bonhomie, he added. I/c DC Tawang read out the previous years’ minutes of the meeting and sought cooperation from all HoDs for making this year’s edition successful. Representative of Tawang Brigade Army Headquarters informed about various programmes to be presented by the army during celebration.
