YUPIA, Sep 13:Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare Dr. Joram Beda convened a meeting with all heads of departments and admin officers at conference hall today to discuss the preparation for celebration of ensuing “Swachchta Hi Seva” on September 15 at Govt Secondary School,  Mani village, Doimukh. 
                  The fortnight long programme at state level will be launched at Govt Secondary School, Mani by the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh and Minister ( PHE and WS) on Saturday.
            While interacting with officers of departments entrusted with responsibility, he directed all concerned departments to ensure proper arrangements for successful celebration of the programme. 
           Swachchta Hi Seva campaign will culminate on October 2 next coinciding with Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary. Swachchta Hi Seva aims at accelerating the Jan Andolan for realizing the vision of Clean India, further reinforcing the principle that “ Sanitation is everyone’s business”.
