Aalo, Jun 3: Two Bullet Night Vision CCTV cameras were installed here at the township’s Piyi check gate on Tuesday by the Upper Market Committee as an effort to help the administration in fighting the Covid pandemic.
Secretary, Upper Market Committee Jumnya Ngomdir disclosed that the effort was a voluntary one and all the shopkeepers of the market contributed in creation of the fund and after this installation it will now be more easier to monitor all kinds of movements at the check gate during the prevailing pandemic situation. He also said that a 15-inch monitor was donated by the Aalo Town People's Welfare and Development Society (ATPWDS).
It needs mentioning that ATPWDS has earlier extended help through contribution of cash, masks, sanitizers and food items to the medical department, police and volunteers fighting the pandemic. DIPRO
