ITANAGAR, Jan 15: Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) administered the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy to Major General Ganesh Singh Bisht, VSM (Retd.) as member, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) in a swearing-in ceremony held at Gandhi Hall, Raj Bhavan, Itanagar today. State Home Minister Bamang Felix, Health Minister Alo Libang and Tourism Minister Nakap Nalo, Chairman, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Nipo Nabam, members of APPSC, Chief Secretary in-charge Dr. AC Verma, senior bureaucrats of the State, distinguished guests and invitees were present on the occasion.
