YINGKIONG, Oct 30: A meeting was held today at the DC office conference Hall, Yingkiong to facilitate the draw of lotteries of 33% seats reservation for women pertaining to all two-tier panchayati raj institutions (ZP, Gram Panchayat constituencies) and their chairperson offices with respect to Upper Siang district. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Taper Pada. Prominent persons, president of all political parties, DLIC members and administrative officers were witness to the draw of lottery. DIPRO
