NAMSAI, May 26: In view of the fresh COVID case in the state,  MLA of Namsai and Lekang  visited various quarantine centres , check gates and interacted with officials.
A team led by MLA Namsai, Zingnu Namchoom and MLA Lekang, Jummum Ete Deori accompanied by DC Namsai R. K Sharma ,EAC, DMO, DPO Namsai visited quarantine centers at  VU Bethany college, AUS, JNV Mahadevpur and Farrando school.
Team also visited check gate Dirak and  took stock of the situation as well as their  preparedness to deal with stranded people coming into the state.
