PASIGHAT, Jun 13: The Apex Professional University, Pasighat new Vice Chancellor, Prof. Major Ashok Kumar has committed to take forward the university to newer heights.
The new VC who has a vast experience and knowledge as prof. in Central Agriculture University, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh and as retired Major from NCC, assured to streamline the educational growth of the students. 
He said that, mere literacy and obtaining degrees won’t count unless quality education is not imparted. With coming up of new campus in the 5th Mile, APU will launch more courses.
