TAWANG, Aug 4: Chief Minister Pema Khandu was today accorded a heartwarming reception by his supporters, well-wishers and BJP party workers during his maiden visit to his home district after assuming the office of Chief Minister for the second term.
Chief Minister was accorded reception starting from Sela Pass that culminated at his private residence in Lumburdung. At various reception points along the 67 km Sela-Tawang road, people offered traditional Monpa welcome ceremony to the Chief Minister.
Chief Minister was accompanied by Lumla MLA Jambey Tashi and Tawang MLA Tsering Tashi. CMO
