PASIGHAT, Nov 30: Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Pasighat representing East Siang district won the first prize in the state level role play & folk dance competition on Wednesday at Itanagar. They will further represent the state at the national level competition soon.
Nayang Nonang, a KGBV teacher who choreographed the dance said that the KGBV Pasighat has won the competition for three consecutive times. The theme of the dance was on ‘prevention of substance abuse’ which is a major concern for society today.
