BOMDILA, Jan 27: Karma Leki, APCS, joined as the Deputy Commissioner, West Kameng district this afternoon relieving Dr. Sonal Swaroop, IAS, who has been transferred and posted in the state capital as Secretary UD&H, Town Planning with the additional charges of DoKAA.
