PASIGHAT, Jan 16: Pasighat ADC Tatdo Borang inaugurated one-day Skill Development Awareness Rally-cum-Job Mela on Monday at the District Industries Centre (DIC), Pasighat.
The ADC in his speech advised the trainees to take advantage of such government programmes targeted to ameliorate the condition of unemployed youth of the state. Job seekers must avail maximum benefits out of it and ensure employment in various fields or to start self-sustaining venture, he added.
Four Vocational Training Providers (VTPs) like Orion Edutech, All India Society of Education, Pragati Education, PragatiEdutech and Jarbom Gamlin Skill Training Institute participated in the programme. According to official source, 216 candidates were registered during the day.
