ITANAGAR, Sep 24:The North East Human Rights Organization (NEHRO) Arunachal Pradesh has written to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Eastern Zone, Namsai seeking investigation in a time bound manner into the death of student Arun Modi.

The body of late Modi, a student of 5th semester of Indira Gandhi government college, Tezu was recently recovered from an abandoned water tank.
