ZIRO, Dec 10: A 12-day Induction Training for the newly recruited staffers of Lower Subansiri was inaugurated today by ADC Gombu Tsering at Hapoli.
The training is aimed at empowering the officials with the required skills and training so that the government institutions would be able to provide better public service. It also aims at developing generic and domain specific expertise among staffers for considerable improvement to raise and manage public resources more effectively and become more inclusive, transparent and accountable.
Addressing the officials, ADC Gombu Tsering urged upon all to utilise the opportunity to hone their office management skills. He also exhorted for maximum participation and cent percent attendance of the staffers nominated from various departments to undergo the induction training.
