ITANAGAR, Jul 16:In a proud moment for the state, an indigenous feature film tilted “River Song” will be premiered in the ensuing 15th International Indian Film Festival slated to be held at Stuttgart, Germany on July 20 next.
The film has been directed by Sangee Dorjee Thongdok, a native of Jigaon Village, West Kameng District who earlier had also been honoured with the National Award for his spectacular work in “Crossing Bridges”.
“River Song” revolves around a story of bonding between two youths with differences in their opinion, and shows how they overcome obstacles in life besides developing a beautiful relationship among themselves despite culture and language barriers.
