AALO, Nov 13: The District Task Force on Immunization reviewed the progress of immunization in West Siang and Shi-Yomi under the Chairmanship of West Siang Deputy Commissioner today.
Speaking to DFWO and doctors of both districts, the DC exhorted all doctors and paramedical officers to work in a coordinated manner with line department to complete the immunization programme as per routine and timeline set by the government. Effort should be made to give due coverage of immunization in the far flung pockets where such facility is missed out due certain bottlenecks, he stressed.
The Medical Superintendent, Dr. Linya Lollen also outlined the importance of the programme and urged the Medical Officers for successful implementation of the flagship programme.
The District Family Welfare Officer Dr. Tomar Kamki stressed on portal report on achievements and targets, micro plan, regular validation of data on Intensified Mission Indradhanush and RI through power point presentation. The Medical Officers from different PHCs and CHCs also spelt out their achievements and problems faced by them in its implementations. DIPRO
