Tezu, Oct 24: A one day special lecture programme on ‘International Human Rights Laws & National Human Rights Institutions’ was held today here at the Indira Gandhi Government College.
Director, NHRC, New Delhi Dr. Sanjay Dubey inaugurated the special lecture session organized by IGGC’s Department of Political Science. Dr. Dubey while highlighting the national and international dimensions of Human Rights Laws, interacted with the students on different issues relating to Human Rights in India and advised them to enjoy the rights as guaranteed by the state with a sense of responsibility.
Principal of the College Dr. Kangki Megu extended logistic support for the successful conduct of the session. HoD, Political Science, Dr. S.K Dash and Associate Professor, Dr. P.C Swain also spoke on the occasion.  IGGC PR
