MEBO, Feb 11: East Siang District BJP unit organized mass joining  programme at Kiyit Village under  39-Mebo assembly constituency, East Siang District, on Sunday where more than 650 congress leaders and supporters joined the party.
State Vice-President BJP, Tarh Tarak while addressing the gathering said the BJP is the only party who can fulfill the aspiration of the people and bring all round development in the state and country. State BJP has opened the  door for  like minded people to join the party to encompass various aspect of development in the country, he said. Tarak said that Mebo assembly constituency was ruled by the Congress since decades but no proper and major development activities has taken place. The long pending demands and aspirations of the people is being fulfilled by the double engine BJP Govt at in the state and centre, he added.
Tarak on the occasion has appeal the masses to join the safron party for the desired development.He asked the ticket seekers to abide by the party rules and regulation and support the party candidates for thumping victory in the upcoming assembly and parliamentary election to be held in few months.   
While welcoming the newly joined congress leaders and supporters, Tarak added that BJP has started Congress Mukt Bharat and Mebo assembly constituency is also one of them. He highlighted various developmental activities under Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Pema Khandu in the state and urged the people of Mebo AC to change the mindset and elect BJP candidate in the forthcoming election 2024 for all round development in the area.
Yalem Taga Burang State Vice-President and Aku Borang District President also addressed the gathering.
