ITANAGAR, Mar 20: In a join representation to  Chairman cum Managing Director North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd ,       Shillong , Aka (Hrusso) Elite Society, All Bugun Society, All Aka (Hrusso) Students Union, All Bugun Students Union , KaHEP Affected Area Development Committee representatives of the Aka (Hrusso) Elite Society (AES), the apex Community Based Organisation and others have threatened to  resort to democratic movement  if NEEPCO failed to respond their charter of  demands on or before  March 23 next.

Kameng Hydroelectric Project affected members are demanding regularisation of jobs as per the Draft National Electricity Plan’2016 for the locals per Megawatt in any hydro projects, to create 300 posts to absorb the deserving uneducated youths of the Project affected area ,Maintenance of road from Shishumnogo Nallah to Yayong.
