ITANAGAR, Jan 10: The Galo Peoples' Front (GPF) today deeply condoled the demise of Boken Ete. Describing it as "an end of an era", the GPF remembered Mr. Ete as one of the architect of today's Aalo. His contributions cannot be just attributed to Galo areas, rather his presence was felt in many places of Arunachal and earlier Sadiya areas. Out of his many outstanding contributions to the state and the Galo Society, the Aalo Ramakrishna Mission School is a living example which heralded education to the entire people of Arunachal in 1966 due to his patronage, it said.
Praying almighty Donyi Polo to bestow eternal peace to the departed soul and strength for the bereaved family, the members of Galo Peoples' Front observed a two-minute silence as tribute.
