ITANAGAR, Dec 14: The Education and Cultural Development Society (ECDS) in a release has urged the state government to construct a cricket stadium intended only to host cricket matches and league tournament.
It observed that having a particular stadium for cricket in the state will encourage budding players and provide them with a chance to further hone their cricketing skills.
Further lauding the Itanagar Cricket Association for organizing the first ever T20 Cricket Arunachal Pradesh Premier League -2018 to promote the value of sports among youth, ECDS Chairman Nabam Akin Hina informed the Society is sponsoring Pare Tiger club for ensuing tournament for two seasons.
