Itanagar, Mar 10: The Arunachal Pradesh Government has announced a one-day state mourning on Monday as a mark of respect to MLA Phosum Khimhun who passed away on Saturday following a heart attack.
Government offices and institutions and market establishments will also remain closed for one day in Changlang District. During the period of state mourning the national flag will be flown at half mast throughout Arunachal Pradesh and state government offices outside where it is flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment.
