Kimin, Jul 1: Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) today visited the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Recruit Training Centre here, located in Papum Pare district.
Accompanied by his Commissioner R.P Upadhyaya IPS, Governor toured different parts of the training centre and interacted with the officers. Inspector General, North East Frontier ITBP, Sanjeev Raina and DIG, RTC, ITBP Kimin, Mandhir Ekka briefed him about the facilities. Appreciating the ambience, Governor emphasised on imparting quality training to the new entrants and in-service personnel for moulding them into combatants with all professional qualities.
The centre which started in 2011 as the 10th Battalion Campus of ITBP has since then evolved as a training centre of repute.
