Governor while commending the Chief Minister and his team for initiating the anti-Covid measures also shared his concern over the sudden spike of positive cases in the state during last few days and discussed measures to be taken for strict implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Emphasising on strengthening the five pillars for realising the goals of Aatma Nirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India) as propounded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi which are economy, infrastructure, technology-driven system, vibrant demography and demand creation, Governor opined that the state with an advantage of limited population can realise the above goals by fully utilizing its demand-supply chain.
