ITANAGAR, Dec 2: Governor BD Mishra today extended his warm greetings to the people of the State on the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. He expressed hope that the importance of the day will increase general awareness and will enable mobilisation of mass support for empowering the differently-abled people, so that they can cope with the challenges in their life with hope, optimism and confidence.
