ITANAGAR, Apr 11: The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) and the First Lady of the state Neelam Misra cast their votes today at a polling booth in capital’s Government Secondary School building at P-Sector.
The First Couple of the state along with other voters of the booth exercised their universal suffrage for the simultaneous seventeenth Lok Sabha and seventh State Legislative Assembly.
The constitutional head of the state who has been appealing the state’s citizens to cast their votes, today while appreciating the people who turned up for voting said that the enthusiasm reflects their awareness of the democratic process in the state. PRO Raj Bhavan
