ITANAGAR, Apr 10: Governor Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) has extended his warm greetings to the people of the state on the festive occasion of Pongtu. “On this occasion, along with all my Tutsa brethren, I offer my prayers to the Almighty for his choicest blessings,” he said in his message. He also added: “In our joint endeavour to defeat the spread of Covid-19, I call upon our Tutsa brethren to celebrate the Pongtu festival this time individually at home while maintaining social distancing.
