ITANAGAR, Dec 31: The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh BD Mishra has extended his best wishes to the people of the State on the occasion of New Year.
In his message, the Governor said that New Year is the time for new beginnings and new resolves in life. The festive occasion of New Year also brings new challenges. Let us start the New Year with lofty vision, new vigour and absolute determination for taking Arunachal Pradesh to the pinnacle of development and prosperity.
The Governor said that as a State, far removed from the hinterland, the people of Arunachal Pradesh have a long way to go to catch up in various fields, with the rest of the country. However, he expressed his confidence that with hard work, commitment and perseverance, they can ensure that their social, economic and industrial progress continues unabated.
With dedication and sacrifice, we will be able to usher in an era of sustainable development and prosperity for the people of Arunachal Pradesh, he said.
