ITANAGAR, Mar 29: Participating in the state’s efforts in fighting the Covid-19 battle, Governor Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) has donated his full pay for the month of March towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
While appealing the people of the state to stay at homes and cooperate with the administration during the lockdown, Governor emphasised on sticking to the mandatory one meter social distancing advisory and approach the nearest hospital in case of any emergency. Rising to the occasion, Eastern Army Commander Lt. General Anil Chauhan has also volunteered all Army help to the Governor for the people of Arunachal Pradesh in fighting the pandemic.
Thanking the Lt. General, he expressed confidence that with joint efforts of all, Covid-19 pandemic will be defeated by the state’s people. PRO Raj Bhavan
