ITANAGAR, Oct 26: Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) has extended his greetings to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Deepavali.
He said that Deepavali will inspire all to rise against the challenges and evils and move forward on the path of progress and success. On behalf of the people of Arunachal Pradesh and his own, Governor conveyed warm greetings and gratitude to the brave soldiers and member of the Indian Armed Forces.
In his massage, the Governor said that the festival of lights beacons all to move from darkness to light and let us light the lamps of compassion, love and righteousness and resolve to fight against terrorism, environment degradation, illiteracy, inequality, poverty, discrimination and malice.
