ITANAGAR, Feb 13: Governor BD Mishra and Chief Minister Pema Khandu  have extended warm greetings to the people of the State on the occasion of Shapawng Yawng Manau Poi festival of the Singpho community. They hoped that the festival would further the goal of achieving communal harmony and unity while showcasing the rich and varied traditional culture of the Singphos.
