Losar brings new hopes and opportunities in our life and the festivity motivates us to look ahead with positivity and start the year with a lofty vision, new strength, and renewed commitment andmay the festivitybring pleasure and peace in the society, the Governor wished in his message. 
In his message this evening, Khandu said, “While celebrating Losar and welcoming the new year let us strengthen our bond of brotherhood amongst all communities and faiths and take our state to newer heights.”
