ITANAGAR, Jul 26: Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) administered the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy to Gamli Padu, IAS (Retd.) as the member, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. He also administered the Oath of Office to Leki Phuntso as State Information Commissioner in Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission.
