ITANAGAR, Sep 18:Subscribers using the services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in the Basarnallo area under Sangdupota circle are upset with poor signals and the non-existent internet connectivity. This was apprised to General Manager, BSNL, Telecom by the Arunachal Youth Organization, Social service secretary, Tarh Tama in a formal meeting onTuesday.

Tama informed GM about the BSNL tower established years back in Basarnallo which is yet to provide 3G network service connectivity thereby causing inconvenience to net users in communicating with the outside world. “The worst affected is the Circle office, Sandupota as lack of internet connectivity is badly hampering delivery of key public services," he apprised.

After threadbare discussion, the  General Manager, assured to improve the services besides upgrading the tower to provide uninterrupted 3G network service in the area.

Meanwhile, AYO in a separate release also appealed to the state government, district administration, and in particular the Local MLA, to provide relief and compensation to its spokesperson  Rakhe Naku who was one of the affected in the recent flash flood in Itanagar.
