Itanagar, Jun 19: Group Commander Tezpur Group Brigadier KS Rao visited the on-going Combined Annual Training Camp of NCC here at Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic to inspect the arrangements made for the camp.
Elaborating the benefits of NCC to the cadets, Group Commander exhorted them to participate in all activities of the camp to inculcate comradeship, sportsman spirit and spirit of adventure to become secular, disciplined and responsible citizens of the country. He reiterated the importance of selfless social service propagated by Mahatma Gandhi and asked them to participate in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan activity.
After interacting with the cadets, he expressed satisfaction about the quality of training and administrative arrangements made by the ANOs and PIs of 1 Arunachal Pradesh BN NCC. A weapon display was also organized by 31 ITBP Doimukh.
