MIAO, 24 Jan: State BJP President and former MP (East) Tapir Gao said ‘BJP and all its frontal wings have to pull-up their socks for the upcoming state Assembly cum general election. Gao who is on tour of Eastern Arunachal was attending a party meeting today at Miao, Changlang District.
On state BJP’s strategy to triumph in the upcoming election, Gao said ‘the target would be 60 plus 2(60+2), to sweep all 60 seats of MLAs and two seats of both the parliamentary constituencies. ‘To achieve our target and being the chief of state BJP, I am visiting eastern part of Arunachal and interacting with BJP workers,’ he added.
Meanwhile, Gao also inaugurated BJP Mandal office at Miao in presence of the Minister Food and Civil Supply, Kamlung Mossang and BJP workers.
