The Minister of Tourism and Tax and Excise, Jarkar Gamlin stressed on creation of only permanent cultural assets like Dere and Heritage Centres than to make recurring expenditure during his visit to Upper Colony Dere on Wednesday. He disclosed that so many RCC or semi RCC buildings have been constructed in his constituency in Aalo East in the past under SIDF and construction quality has been laid emphasis in all the places. He said that leaders are for the people to hasten all kinds of developments and present trend to file litigation cases on various schemes do not augur well for peoples prospect but give unnecessary halt to development process.
