ITANAGAR, Oct 19: Capital police today arrested two fraudsters Woahed Choudhary and Saidul Choudhary of village Sahapur,  Assam for duping an Arunachalee.
Superintendent of  Police, Capital  Complex Tumme Amo  disclosed that  on September 28 last an FIR was received  from Kipa Tayom and Kipa Yakia alleging that two persons had persuaded and deceived the duo by taking away 3297 Kgs of Black Cardamom worth Rs. 14,30,000- on 4th February  last with a false assurance to pay the full amount at a rate fixed by both the parties. But the payment was never made. Both the accused persons stopped responding to phone calls and were absconding.
In this regard a case was registered at Naharlagun Police Station No. 113/19 U/S 406/420/34 IPC and endorsed to Sub Inspector Binam Pertin, said the SP. 
After months of investigation, SI Pertin finally located the accused  Saidul Choudhary. Accordingly a team left for the location and after hours of arduous effort arrested Saidul from Sahapur village near Bhutan Border, Assam, the SP informed. ES Newsdesk
