YINGKIONG, Nov 20: The foundation stone for construction of road from NH-513 to Sileng river via Pongging village was laid down by 40th Mariyang-Geku, MLA  Kanggong Taku on Tuesday at Reklat, Upper Siang District. The road will immensely help commuters passing through Pongging, Sissen, Pangi, Komsing, Jorsing  and peripheral areas. DIPRO
