KHONSA, Jun 7: Tirap Welfare Forum felicitated Sumwang Wangsa, the first cadet to the community to be selected to the National Defence Academy, a native of Chasa village. ADC  T Aran, in his speech said that social awareness, career counselling and coaching facilities are lacking in Tirap and needs to be encouraged in the district. Wangsa, in his message to aspirants stressed on hard work and positive outlook. Students should make an investment in their studies and dare to dream big, he said.
