PASIGHAT, Jun 12:Former Political Interpreter (PI) Samak Jamoh passed away this morning at his private residence at Mirku, East Siang. Late Jamoh served the state as PI in 1951 and later as Social and Cultural Organizer (SCO).  98 year-old Samak is survived by his two sons, three daughters and many grandchildren.

Member of Lok Sabha (East)  Ninong Ering, Parliamentary Secretaries Kaling Moyong and Tatung Jamoh, Nari MLA Kento Rina, former minister Bosiram Siram, DC  Tamiyo Tatak, and others have offered their condolences.
