ZIRO, Feb 15: Former State Minister Padi Richo has set an example for the people of Ziro-Hapoli in particular and the state in general by allowing NH-13 (P-P) Road Project team to dismantle the boundary wall on both sides of the build-up area of his private residence at SSB-Abulyang, Hapoli.
Boundary wall of  his private residence measuring around 30 meters in length and 10 feet in height along the existing highway has been brought down along with the wall of the newly constructed Sports Academic Institute having a length of 15 meters and height 7 feet including the entry gate. Richo is the first among the state’s politicians to show this pro-development example by cooperating with the highway team even when he hasn’t received compensation so far.
The project executing agency, M/s Puna Hinda Construction has appreciated the veteran politician and ex-Minister’s gesture and had also extended thanks to the general public, NGOs, District Administration and public leaders for their full cooperation in the construction process.
