LIKABALI, Sep 28: A state level football referees cum refresher course was held at Chidu Chigo general ground, Likabali. The seven-day training which started on September 20 concluded today. As many as 45 referees including 11 women from different districts participated in the training course organised by the Arunachal Pradesh Football Association (APFA) in collaboration with District Football Association, Lower Siang district.
