PASIGHAT, Jun 13:The Field Outreach Bureau (erstwhile DFP), Pasighat today organized an awareness programme about various schemes launched by  the NDA Government  to mark  its 4 year governance  at Napit village of East Siang district.

Mihir Kumar Jha, FPO, FOB, Pasighat highlighted the gathering about the schemes like Swachh Bharat Mission, Social Security Schemes, Mudra Scheme, Skill India Mission, Fasal Bima Yojana, Soil Health Card etc.

In his speech Dr. Keshavamurthy, Director, ROB informed the gathering about various initiatives of the government over the last 4 years for the poor, youth, farmers and women.

In the meantime, he said that it is the responsibility of the public to approach state implementation agencies to avail the benefits. He also explained in detail about the new Ayushman Bharat scheme under which an effort is being made to extend comprehensive free health coverage to poorer sections in rural areas.

During the interactive session, villagers expressed lack of awareness and requested ROB to organize such programs regularly and help in reaching out to the implementing agencies. They were advised to follow AIR/DDK programs for more information on all the schemes and approach the Dy. Commissioner office in case of any difficulties.
