With export of this first batch of Naara Aaba, the product will be accessible to all wine lovers across North East, said Tage Rita, CMD of M/s Lambu Subu Food & Beverages, Ziro.
The wine which has garnered much attention both nationally and internationally is produced from cent percent organic kiwi fruits grown in the Ziro valley. Only best of the fruits are chosen for wine making in the winery. It is sorted and cleaned-jet washed with spring water before going into a crusher, Rita informs.
