MEDO, Apr 5: Two houses were razed to the ground in a fire mishap which occurred at Medo under Lohit district at 6 PM this evening due to a suspected electric short circuit. 
Superintendent of Police, DW Thongon said private houses of Gam Singh Lap and Bisen Lap were gutted in the mishap at weekly market area. “Our Fire Brigade personnel headed by OC Biplab Roy immediately swung into action and doused the fire from spreading to the rest of the market. There are no causalities as well”, informed the SP.
