NAMSAI, Nov 4:  A house was burnt to ashes in a fire that broke on the midnight of Saturday leaving a family homeless at Piyong circle of Namsai district. No casualties were  reported but property was lost in the inferno. 
Meanwhile, villagers have come together to help the victim Chaom Khen to re-build his home.  The reason for the fire is yet to be ascertained. District administration had visited the spot and  All Namsai Area Youth Association(ANAYA)  & All Arunachal Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan Teachers Association, Namsai Unit have come forward and donated immediate relief materials.
