ITANAGAR, Apr 30: A massive fire broke out at Legi shopping complex, Naharlagun here this evening. However no casualties were reported and the cause of fire is yet to be ascertained, Capital SP, Tumme Amo informed. After receiving information, fire tenders were sent to the spot which brought the fire under control, he added.
