ITANAGAR, Apr 23: Incessant rainfall left the NH­ 415 in a pitiable condition early Sundaymorning.  Vehicle movement was hit for about an hour due to water logging between  Bucho Motors workshop and Petrol Depot Papunallah, Naharlagun.

No casualties have been reported but water entered few houses situated near the National Highway.

‘Situation is alarming, if rain continues for some more days then landslides or problems like water logging may crop up  affecting both  traffic and families living on both sides,’ said a local.
