ITANAGAR, Feb 13: The Nyishi Elite Society (NES) has deeply mourned the untimely demise of Er. Bengia Bojok, Superintending Engineer (Power), Itanagar, who passed away today.
Late Bojok joined the Department of Power as an Assistant Engineer in 1988, was promoted to the post of Executive Engineer in 2003 and finally, as Superintending Engineer in 2018.
Offering their condolences, the Society said the late officer was known for his clean heart, straight forwardness and modest simple life throughout. The executive members will join the last rites on Thursday to pay their homage to the departed soul at his Jullang residence.
