ITANAGAR, Sep 14: The All Arunachal Pradesh Elementary Teachers Association (AAPETA) on Saturday reiterated its six point charter of demands which include complying to the bifurcation order dated 28 October 2016, creation of posts of district elementary education officers, BEOs, and Headmaster, preparation and circulation of seniority lists of BEOs, JTs, and ATs, etc.
It also referred to a High Court order issued on August 30 following a writ petition by the association, wherein the court directed the Secretary Education to consider and immediately address the grievances of the petitioner within a period of two months time.
The association (petitioner) further requested the state government to abide by the court order and solve all the issues as soon as possible in the interest of hardworking elementary teachers. Newsdesk
